OnePlace Upgrade
Posted by Denis Ahearn on July 20, 2009
We upgraded OnePlace tonight (7/20/09). This upgrade contains a number of smaller enhancements, changes and bug fixes. The highlights of this upgrade are listed below.
OnePlace now provides an easy way to create links to data, via the new 'Data Links' dialog, which is available on each piece of data you have (tasks, projects, workplaces, files, etc).
Enhancement: The Workplace report now gives you the option of including tasks on the report.
Enhancement: Added the ability to move a file that is attached a project or task to a different project or task.
Enhancement: You now download a file when checking it out (Internet Explorer users may need to adjust their browser settings to get this to work properly)
Change: Task status decorations are now different colors to make it easier to distinguish between them.
Enhancement: Added the ability to move a discussion attached to a project to a different project.
New: 'Invite Others to OnePlace' feature
Bug Fix: Fixed a bug when printing tasks from the Tasks tab within a workplace
Enhancement: The OnePlace Sign In page was given a fresh new look, making it easier to sign in, sign up, or invite others into OnePlace.

** Special Note: We have been finding that some users are having issues with OnePlace if they are using a version of FireFox previous to 3.5. We have been looking into the issue but it is fixed by upgrading to the latest version (3.5.1)
Thanks to everyone who has provided us with feedback. Many of the changes in this upgrade were suggested by our customers.
