Posted by Graeme Thickins on November 15, 2008

New to OnePlace™? Ready to dive in and get get going? Well, do we have a great place for you to start! It's our new "Quick Reference" page—which is instantly accessible via a link in the upper right of your OnePlace™ user interface. (Of course, first you must start a free trial to see it!) We designed it to help you get a good feel for what OnePlace™ is all about, and how you can get the most from it. No other online collaboration software has such a feature! Just another way we show our love for our users... :-)

The Quick Reference page includes four sections:

  • Key Concepts
  • What Can OnePlace™ Be Used For?
  • Best Practices
  • Frequently Asked Questions

The first section helps you understand the key concepts behind OnePlace™. The second gives you some ideas to get you thinking about how you can use this powerful tool—eight great ideas, to be exact! The third section, Best Practices, gives you the inside scoop about what we've learned from using OnePlace™ ourselves for quite some time now. And the fourth section answers some of the most common questions users ask us—including these great ones:

  • What should I do if I run into a bug or want to request a change/enhancement?
  • We need help integrating OnePlace™ into our business—can you help us?
  • What happens when my free trial ends?
  • How often is OnePlace™ upgraded?
  • My friend also signed up for OnePlace™—can we collaborate together and share data?

We encourage new users of OnePlace™ to check out this great page, to get the most benefit from all the many productivity features now available to you with our great new online work management system. Even existing users should check it out for see what they're missing! If you don't yet have a OnePlace™ account, or haven't started a free trial, do it now!
